Avast Set Up Problems

I have been trying to install avast on my PC but keeps getting an error message that the set up process cannot be completed. Server responce 204? can someone please help.

Cannot help you with Avast, but you would probably be better of with Windows Security Essentials. It is free from Microsoft and made especially for Windows.

Hi, I tried but all i got was:

I still cant down load anything onto my computer, or play any videos!

If the files are corrupted, I would try a repair install.

First, however, I would check for virus, if you have an AntiVirus installed, and then download and use malwarebytes.

did you copy it on others? if yes well i think you must try to get the original one i mean try to download it again. it happens to me before, i've copy it from hard drive and paste it to flash drive and when i try to install it, i got the same errors that you have.
