I know this a problem on the AMD forums but im not sure if anyone found a solution to it. I'm running Vista 64bit and when i try to update my ati 4850 driver the Catalyst Install Manger just stops working. I can not install or uninstall the driver the the Manger. First it was said that having visual studio C++ 2005 might cause the error but im still in the same situation even after I uninstalled it.Anyone have a solution to my problem?

Thanks for the help, I found this link SuperWasp: ATI Catalyst Install Manager has stopped working - Productivity tips, reviews, tools, software and gadgets. which states how i should install it but I was wondering do I need to do a complete uninstall if I have the windows given drivers? I think its 8.5.
