Asus Mobo with Vista 64 Problems

Hey Guys, I'm in need of some serious assistance. I think it's my Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard. I installed Vista Home Premium 64-bit edition. Everything during the installation went fine up to part in which it said it was starting up for the first time. I received a BSoD. I can't get past this BSoD, period. I try to go through Safe Mode and it tells me it can't complete installation in safe mode, so I try to repair the OS through the Disc. That doesn't work. I do memory tests, hard drive tests, and graphics card tests and everything is clean. I don't know what to do, other than RMA the board, or get a different OS. What do you guys recommend?

My motherboard has the latest BIOS (1903) by the way.

Setup:

Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard
AMD Athlon X2 6000+ (Windsor)
8 GB Corsair DDR2 800
150 GB Raptor
Corsair 650 Watt PS
MSI Nvidia 9600 GT

pull out all but 2 GB of the memory.
then install the os and see if the that helps.
when done reinstall the memory.

I tried that with still no luck. The Mobo recognizes all 8 GB of RAM, by the way, when I have all my RAM fitted.

Anyone think I should RMA the board? Or just get a different one?

Use Memtest ISO CD and test each stick one at a time. Reset your BIOS to default RAM settings. Check for new BIOS rev.

A new bios update was released a couple days ago #2001, might be worth a whirl.

Okay, that worked and I'm in good shape now with 2 GB of RAM.

Now I'm getting the error that alot of other people are getting. I can't put my full 8, not even 4 GB of RAM on my motherboard without getting a BSoD when I boot. What's the solution to this? I'm sure it's been found by now
