'ASAP USB Device"

I've been using Windows XP Professional since, like, forever. And it wasn't until I recently installed Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit that a new drive letter has popped up out of nowhere labeled "ASAP". It seems to be a 491MB USB "removable" device, however, nothing new is plugged in, or installed, etc... I perused the entire case and all of its various connections to ensure nobody had indeed just popped in a USB stick and forgot about it, but oddly enough, there isn't one.

How is this even remotely possible? Has anyone come across it before? Is there something I'm missing?

Here's a screeny of everything I could think of that would be relevant.
