appcrash when on "yahoo.com" site

Hello,

Ive been having a problem. I get the "app crash" error and get booted off the internet, but is has only been on the website "yahoo.com". Im horrible w/ computers and don't know anything. Please help!

Hi,

Try running Internet Explorer in "Safe Mode" No add-ons. You might check in your start menu for a link to IE No add-ons, if it's not there you can create a shortcut for it. Close any open browser and start IE in safe mode, then try to reproduce the crash (on Yahoo). If it doesn't crash while in Safe Mode after testing it for a while, then it might be one of the add-ons for the browser causing it.

If it is, you can close safe mode and reopen your normal IE and disable any addons for it one by one and try to reproduce the problem, to track down the bad add-on.
