Solved appcrash errors

i keep getting appcrash errors on ie. it has now started on mozilla firefox. ithought it might have been caused by add ons, but i have deleted them, but it is still happening, can anyone help please.

roy69, ty 4 your reply. i found out it was an add on causing the problem. it was flashplayer 10 from adobe. fingers crossed, no more ie not working.
