I am really getting tired of seeing this message 50 times a day
thought it might go away, guess not.
I use firefox, it ran good till now, any ideas?

As mansrm81 suggested, try restarting your modem/router. If that fails to resolve the problem longterm, then replace the router with another.

If even that fails, then contact you DSL provider and have them inspect the line. If That too fails, then change to a different provider...
