Am i screwed?

My computer was purchased a month ago, and the keyboard just stopped working out of nowhere. I tried two USB keyboards, and two PS/2 keyboards. I saw on other forums, the suggestion to reboot the computer, which is what i decided to do. As i was rebooting, it had frozen, and i had no choice but to turn it off. Now when i turn my computer on, i get a message saying Bootmgr is missing, press alt+ctr+delete to restart. My keyboard still wont work so i cant. If i put in the reboot or any kind of CD, it just goes straight to the error message.

What could i do?

However, you said that your keyboard is not working. No worries, simply connect a USB keyboard at the back USB port and follow the tutorial.

I bought it refurbrished from CompUSA.com - Computers, Laptops, Televisions, Software, and Electronics from the All-New CompUSA! the warrenty expired about 3 days ago and plus i know this is fixable so im not gonna bother even contacting them

Do a complete system restore with the CD or DVD you got and be done with it. If you need to make a backup, try to go into Safe Mode and backup your files.
