My Operation System is Vista Home Basic.
My computer was infected virus and many program files folder had became empty. I had the virus cleaned up and reinstall all wanted program, except “Bulk Mailer program” installed have caused problem to open up.
1). I checked Bulk Mailer program, the messages are:
Message: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A0E7A): Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
Source: ADODB.Connection.
Stack Trace: at ADODB.ConnectionClass.Open(String ConnectionString, String UserID, String Password, Int32 Options) at Mailer.m.Main() Mailer.m.Start()
2). I tried to perform system restore but got this message: system restore failed due to an unexpected error?
3[FONT="]). [/FONT]The following files folder at Control Panel could not open, but got this message: Explorer.ExE – This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Association control panel.

- In Start Menu Bulk Mailer tap drop down (empty). Right click Bulk Mailer tap to open the program, a small window pop up “You don’t currently have permission to access this folder.”
- I opened the program but got these following messages:

- Scanner and Camera Control Panel.
- Windows Defender.
- Windows Sidebar Properties.
- Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
- Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
