On my wife's laptop which is windows vista home premium She is administrator and she created an account "kids" which has administrator rights. Wants to change the kids to a standard user but it will not let her change the account. What would be causing vista to not let her change it?
Thanks
is the account in use? sometimes that doesnt work. its what happened to me... otherwise... do you have user account control enabled??? disable it by going start-control panel-user accounts-turn user account on or off (changing requires reboot)
OR reply with the EXACT message that comes up...
