administrator account

It all started a month ago where my monitor turned pinkish and the computer froze. i cleaned out the inside, which it desparately needed and reinstalled the video drivers. The computer worked fine for a couple of days so i thought my problem was just a heat issue but i was wrong.
Now when i try to sign under my administrator account i get the BSOD. if i log on under my regular account it works fine but if i then try to do something that requires the the administrator's permission, as soon as i type in the admin password i get the BSOD. It also happens in safe mode.

Any help?

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain but to give you an insight as why the files are so important: -

They give a full insight into what the system is doing & drivers are loaded & specifically which one has caused the issue etc. etc. etc.

There if you can, please upload the files because without them you are asking for help whilst at the same time blind folding us!

The information you are providing with the codes etc. is only 1/100 of the true picture.

Therefore please upload the files! :D

Hi mehead,

Please note: - If you use the recovery disk from your system you will probably loose your saved document files etc. but you should get your system back to the first boot up & initial day of use.

Are you prepared for that? If so insert the first recovery disk & boot from it.

Please look here for the recovery procedure: -
