AcLayers.dll crash

Hi,

When trying to place a video call via yahoo messenger, I do get a crash and when I look at the Application log I am getting an AcLayers.dll crash. Any idea how this can be fixed ? The video camera is functional via other apps.

That problem is probably from your brower and may be from a virus
Try another browser. If that does not work
Update and run a full antivirus scan
Download and update malwarebytes and make a full scan.

If no virus etc. Go back a week before the problem with system restore.

aclayers = Compatibilty Layer - i.e. fix your short cut compatibility mode. Maybe you have it running in "xp" compatibility mode and that is causing the issue.
