Access violation at 0x00000000 program terminated in Windows Vista playing Big Fish

PLEASE HELP?

Getting ERROR please help....

I have Dell XPS M1530 laptop with Vista 32 bit.

Went to go to bigfishgames dot com and play Big Fish.

Error: Access violation at 0x00000000 (tried to write to 0x00000000) program terminated

I have never ever ran into this problem below PLEASE HELP THANK YOU!

Address Zero is where the structures for the system live. You are not allowed to write to it. That's why Dos crashed all the time. Any program could write to the bottom of memory messing things up. It just means that the program did not set any value for the memory address to point to. Or it got a value and loaded it, but did not check that it was not zero. You should notify who wrote the software.
