Ac'97 and Vista x64

Hello,
I want to install the latest AC'97 6.0.1.6305 Vista x64 driver to my Vista x64 but I always get this message:
"windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software"
If I press "Install this driver software anyway" nothing happens, the message appears again and again until I just give up trying.

I have also tried with this command "bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" and no success.

Does anyone know how to install this driver?
