A small symbol everytime i download

For a month now everytime i download somthing there is always this symbol everytime i download. i think represents sharing

could please tell me what it represents and why is it happening

Is this in IE or firefox ?.
Are you using a D/Load accelerator of any type ?.

it happens in both ie and firefox and yh i did use a d/w accelerator however i unistalled a few weeks back.

it happens in both ie and firefox, i used DNA torrent d/load accelerator which i deleted a week ago but the problem keeps occuring. And now when i download from firefox it freezes.
