a bloatless account

i was wondering if there's any way to create a bloatless account which i can disable services and start up items in that account so when i log in with that account i can using it to play games and etc ... and have another one with all softwares and services loaded
is that possible ?

only system components run, or at least they should be, if anything else is running then you can disable them using the system configuration utility, they should still run in the other account but not the gaming account.

hmm btw some of them are not they are enabled in another account mostly start up items is that usual ?
