1.Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on cmd.exe as admin) and type:

sfc /scannow

when it finish type the following commnad:

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt

on your desktop appear sfcdetails.txt - it will be needed to diagnose

2.If you ran Readiness Tool,it should create CheckSur.log file in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder

both files: CheckSur.log,sfcdetails.txt pack and attache to post

There is no any personal info in logs which I ask:

Readiness tool collect only information from C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages,C:\Windows\WinSxS folders

details:description of this tool here Description of the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Vista, for Windows Server 2008, for Windows 7, and for Windows Server 2008 R2

what kind of informations it collect.

sfcdetails.txt it only collect information about issue directly in C:\Windows How to analyze the log file entries that the Microsoft Windows Resource Checker (SFC.exe) program generates in Windows Vista

none of tools have access to C:\Users folder where are stored private data :sarc:.
