60 sec lag issue

Could someone upload vista lag control again the old link isn't working thanks!
Also I think its sad microsoft is able to code really nice stuff but an easy fix for the lagspikes :s.

As I mentioned to your other reply, Kaasiim, I have heard from one person only that this is going to be taken care of in SP2 - but I don't know for sure....
