Hi all,
I'm have two HP w2207h monitors connected to my Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop. To do my school work on this year. I have them connected through a Video-Audio Splitter 2 port. It connects from my laptop to the splitter & then out to each monitor. Works great!
But, how do I get Windows Vista Business to know that there are 2 external monitors?
I want each external monitor to be able to display different sections of my laptop. For example monitor #1 should show my graphic software program (Maya 2011) while the other monitor #2 I need to be able to see my class video on.
My laptop can show a 3rd screen all together or one of the above is fine?
Right now it shows that both external monitors are the exact same. While the laptop is different
Anyone know how (step-by-step) to instruct me how to set this up?
Thanks for your help,
BJ
