Sorry for my late reply. There was a big mix up, and so I am replying 3 days late. Please forgive me. Anyway:

CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION

ndis.sys

This is often caused when the Windows file system is tampered with, or memory corruption. There are several things you should do for this case (not just general help):

• Please run a full virus scan

• Go to VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan and run a scan on C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ndis.sys

• Run "sfc /scannow" from the Command Prompt.

• Run either memtest86+ or another memory testing tool that came with your computer, as this looks a lot like memory corruption.

• Install Vista SP2 and all other updates if you haven't already.
