Yea apart from windows event log service the other two are set the same as yours. I cant start this service as i get:
Windows could not start the Windows Event Log service on Local Computer.
Error 4201: The instance name passed was not recognised as valid by a WMI data provider.

In my case taking ownership of c:\windows\logs and c:\windows\system32\logfiles\ resolved the issue.
