Solved D-Link DWA-142 Vista x64 Driver

The following Netgear driver worked for me (uses the same Marvell chipset as the DWA 142).

WN111 Software Version 2.0 for North America & Version 2.1 for Outside North America

For reference, this is a Netgear WN111 v2.1 driver.
