The day from hell..........THIS is why I hate Wisconsin sometimes.
below zero temps in the winter, to this crap.

This is at 8:30pm. It was a good bit warmer than this in the afternoon. Some might not see this as a big deal if you're used to it, but here, there is such a contrast of weather, it's really annoying.
Heat is fine, it's having to almost "swim" through the humidity that sucks.

So, yeah, today was pure hell. Supposedly going to be like this for the next week or so, with humid mid-90's next week.



But I have refreshments handy.

What sucks is that, while you can dress for the cold, you can only undress so much for the heat. Go too far and people here get uptight about seeing too much skin. It's sad.

Seriously getting pissed. I swear, some companies just don't think when they do things.

My parents are in the process of getting a new vehicle. The financing company needs some "proof of residency"(why a phone bill??) so they insist on having a phone bill, AND a utility bill.
Well, they haven't had an actual phone bill in years. They have what I have. Prepaid cells through Virgin Mobile, because none of us uses the phone hardly at all. It's $20 a month per phone, and they always have them with them.
There is NO bill, it's all done online, and it's recurring, with no contract.
The account numbers are their phone numbers, and it's set to auto pay every 30 days, which makes it easy on them. There is no bill, no statement or anything. It's all paperless. Even online there isn't a real bill since it's prepaid.

I think there's about 4 total people I know that have a landline. Most of my friends have prepaid cells, and do everything online.

I'm attempting to get a mock bill made up for them through Virgin, but not expecting it to happen. I printed off some of their account details and stuff from the website when they login to pay and stuff, but it's not really a bill, it's just some info.

If they can't get their vehicle because of some stupid crap like this, then the company doesn't really need their money. This isn't the '90's.

Same, that sounds really stupid....

Yesterday i upgraded my Video Card to a GeForce G210 and my RAM to 3GB, i need to re-seat the 1GB stick as it only sees the 2GB stick :huh: i think the G210 is a temp fix untill my dad gets the GT220
512MB is better than 256MB anyday, as a comparison, i downloaded MadModMike demo off of nvidias site, on the old card it lagged really bad, on the new card its so smooth, also, it says something about DX11 in the control panel..:eek:

o_0 wow, if you have iTunes you could have just tuned on home sharing and copied it all across in no time, well, less than 14 hours

Well, they got the vehicle.......but I still think that whole thing was stupid.

Anyway, today, waiting to find out how grandma's doing after going into ER last night....grrr....

That is What I did And it took very Long Because the router and the PC are about 150 Meters away
