Looks like the problem is Opera. Have you tried uninstalling it?

Yes I did, I used Revo Uninstaller Pro, I then went through the Registry and manually deleted all references to it.

Did uninstalling via control panel fail then? Do you perhaps have an image that predates installing Opera?
