I have read over the forum rules.
I don't see any rule regarding posting screenshots.
I had been posting Skydrive links for fear of violating the rules.
Am I allowed to post the actual screenshot instead of link?
If it is permissible, is there a special way to do so in this forum, or can I just use the copy/paste method ?

That's fine. The images are automatcally resized like above. Clicking on the image will display it in it's full size instead.
