Help with Error Blue Screen

I recently started having issues with my HP Pavilion Entertainment PC

This error keeps happening

If you go to C: > Windows > Minidump, you will find your dump file, zip it up and upload it with your next post, we will try and help you get this problem fixed.

Try copy and paste to your desktop and zip it from there.

This BSOD was caused by a system driver.
Go to your event viewer and see if there are any errors there concerning drivers.
You can update all the usual drivers, Video, sound, chipset.
Have you in stalled any new hardware/software ?.
If you have a blue tooth device installed, update the driver.
I would definitely update your Video driver, its from 2007.

How do I update drivers?
I recently downloaded Irfanview, Firefox.
Where would I find Event Viewer?
And When I try to get the windows updates they say they failed??

This will hopefully cure the BSOD issue, there is a hotfix from MS for this other issue,shutting down randomly and not turning back on after hibernation, but if all your updates are up to date, then that should be taken care of with them.
I would try it and see how it goes, if you experience more problems, then come back and we can address them as they occur.

Yes, i doubt they are self installing like MS ones.
