Code 80070652 received when getting an update for OutLook

I looked at other peoples' solutions like ending a process named msiexec.exe, but my system doesn't have such a processes running. I don't trust those blackbox fix everything wrong with your machine $39 please. I tried on for updates and it loaded older drivers than what I had installed. Can anyone help me with this problem. I got a Code 80070652 when getting an update for OutLook.
