Windows Update error code 80070490 appeared on 20 September 2013 and message "Windows can't check for updates". I use Windows Vista Home basic 32 bit, Service Pack 2. I tried almost all suggestions in Internet (including these on Microsoft Web-page) about this how to fix this problem, including Microsoft Fix It, System Update Readiness Tool, Windows Update Diagnostics DIAGCAB file and etc., but the message continue to appear. The last successful update was on 13.09.2013. All updates made before and on 13 September are written as "successful" in "Update history" folder, but when I open "Installed Updates" folder, I don't see nothing and there is written "No updates are installed on this computer", which is strange, because by this moment Windows Update was made automatically without any problems. Please help me to fix the problem with this error code!
ps.: On 23 of September I reinstalled Windows Update Software from Microsoft Web Page:
Microsoft Update
and the notification message " Windows can't check for updates" from my taskbar dissapeared and never appeared again, so..i thought the problem is solved, but yesterday evening(13 October) when i opened Widnows Update in my Control Panel and pressed "Check for updates" it started to seek for updates but after some time again showed me the same error code and the same message "Windows could not search for new updates". So..it seems Windows still doesn't update, no matter that i don't receive the error message on my taskbar anymore. I asked for help also on Microsoft Community forum, but didn't receive help
. Now I am really out of ideas what to do 
Today I used again the System Update Readiness Tool and the CheckSur file showed this:

So, it seems these 2 registry errors are the reason why my pc can't check for updates.
Does anybody know how to fix these 2 errors?
