Solved help clean install of vista..

hi i ave just finished re-installing vista using vista home premium 32 bit with sp2 retail
media

windows has just checked for updates and there are 126 important updates to install..

i was recently told to only do a few at a time. wich is fine however is there an order in wich to do them such as biggest 1st oldest 1st service packs 1st ?

i am unsure on how to proceed any help would be much appreciated

Usually letting what it has selected by default will install fine. If you have issues, then select to only install a few at a time from what was originally selected by default.

thats what i did as i wanted to get going with it as have no time tomorrow. i started an hour or so ago
i have just let it install what is selected 126 important updates its still going now its about half way through.

You're welcome. Yeah, it will seem like forever before it finishes.

ha ha yep still going 6 hrs later i started install at about 3pm 10hrs later still at it.
such is the life of a pc owner.
