When i try to installed SP1 it downloads and start to install then says : Some updates were not installed. Code E06D7363 Windows Update encountered an unknown error. Any idea as to how to fix this problem would be appreciated !

That code often refers to your wireless card or a corrupt OS file.
Go to search and type device manager.
In device manager look for any small yellow markers. Those drivers must be updated.
Then go to your wireless driver and update. Try again for the upadates when you get them again.
If this does not work try an SFC command.

Again if it does not work try a system restore to two weeks ago, hopefully your OS was ok at that point.
