KB968930....Googling it does not help...explanation is Greek to me.

Other than it huge size(48MB)I have no understanding of it except it seems it is a recommended update meant for IT Professionals... which I am not.

To install or not to install?

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
I already did.

And I dunno if it has anything to do with it, but I think my system is more normal since installation.

Now I am torn between deleting something I may never use or keeping it....just in case. I also wonder if unstalling it may do harm(since it changed system configuration during its lengthy installation)

OK..I uninstalled it.

And so far so good. I am still super-normal.

You dont need it. I would have just left it, since I have bundles of hard drive space. In any event you are ok. Go out and enjoy.
