Update Configuration

During the configuration of recent Windows update, the power on my lap top cut out completely. Since then the laptop is stuck showing "Configuring update: Stage 3 of 3 - 0% complete"

Then it just closes down and starts up again.

I cannot trace my System Disk.

Can anyone help please?

Turn off your computer for 5 minutes and again turn on,maybe it unblock itself,if not boot into safe and from this level try use system restore,if unable run OS in safe mode too,prepare special recovery disk Download: Windows Vista x64 Recovery Disc — The NeoSmart Files
boot it and restore system from WinRE level
