Deleted trustedinstaller

I've now downloaded it again but can't get it back where it was originally

this was the path:
start>control panel>administrative tools>services

I've tried as much as I know, including playing with the security (making myself owner etc), but the damned thing won't paste into Services, therefore I can't reactivate it for some updates I need

help!

I read that you made yourself owner, I however do not know what you actually did. Perhaps this may help.
