Error 8007371C when trying to update Vista64 with the update KB958623

I'm having a really big problem when trying to update windows through windows update.

I can't install SP1 on my Vista 64bit because when windows update try to install update KB958623, it always show the same error message 8007371C.

I have already tried a lot of things to solve this problem, but nothing works. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me sove the error 8007371C.

1.Check you have in C:\Windows\WinSxS or in subfolders of this folder files Pending.xml, Pending.grl ->if you have these files remove them
2.Navigate to key HKLM\Components and check phrases in these key.You should only have PublisherPolicyChangeTime,StoreArchitecture,StoreFormatVersion ->if you have apart of them any other phrases remove them + restart
3.If nothing help or not concern you try Repair Install
