error code 8007005

when using windows Update I get an error code 8007005 which causes failed update.
os vista home ppremium 64bit How may I fix this thing. Thanks

This error means trouble with permissions:

Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on this file as admin)
and type:

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

+restart
