unable to install KB958644

For some unknown reason I cannot install this security update: KB958644 for Vista.
I tried to run the program & download it to run later & none of these options have worked. Any ideas please? :cry:

Believe thats a 64bit update... it appears to do funky things so I'd avoid it anyway(*_-)

I got that same update for 32bit and it installed correctly.
