HELP ME, updates doing weird stuff

i have 32bit vista with sp1... i just did an automatic update and it found updates installed most of them, and 3-4 of them failed and i dont know how to fix it... how do i fix it.. AND i dont think it is finding all of the updates that are available but it says it up to date... just curious i need a fix to all of this it is driving me nuts,,,.. thanks guys
