You can try contacting them by following the link below. Whether or not you will get a response I cannot say. I have managed to locate the error in the 'WinSAT.exe' file (notice the space between the letters), and you can edit it to replace the erroneous 'o' with an 'i', however by doing so you will probably cause it to fail an SFC scan. In my opinion, it is such a minor error that it is probably best left ignored.

Thanks for the explanation behind your user-tag. As regards your other message about using a Hexeditor, I agree. I just used Notepad to illustrate the location of the error in the file.

Since my PC isn't a laptop and therefore doesn't run on batteries, this error won't affect me. I assure you that I haven't attempted to correct this file, or any other files, using Notepad. Notepad is a useful tool for locating these errors (if you know what you are looking for), but to correct them needs a more specialist tool such as a hex editor. Do you know of any good hex editors that are FREEWARE?
