Whenever I start my browser, a little popup comes to the lower left side.
I've run Malwarebytes, but it still stays.

If the restore point fails I would Create one
Then hold down the Windows key and press R
Type regedit and press enter
Hold down CTRL and press F
Type savepathdeals
Delete what it finds
Keep doing it until it stops finding any entries

Use the pop-up blocker option, antiviruses don't clean pop-ups
