not infected . not in task manager. services has it i changed it to auto matic .than i was able to delete file from program folders.the question is .went registry.HKEY Local Machine >software > down to level qualit watcher.it has 2 files on the right .should i delete these files.

I would run Malwarebytes and see if it gives a removal option.
