When I boot scan with Avast anti virus, Error 42111 appears. Then a menu appears to move to chest, delete or ignore, when I try to move to chest or delete, a message appears, "The operation is non supported for this type of archive." How do i get around this problem, as it is happening regularly?

Is it showing a file path?
If it shows what it is, we can determine if it is a false positive. If so, it can be ignored, and set the file type under: Exclusions
