Avast Quick Scan is taking me about 25 minutes or so and I think that's slow. The scan stays at the 9% mark for several minutes and during some of that time my mouse becomes laggy, the Avast window tabs become unresponsive, my Start button becomes terribly laggy, so my whole system seems to slow terribly. In terms of sluggishness, I've noticed for a while that when I increase a video to full screen, I can see an Adobe taskbar tab emerge before the screen is full. My internet seems sluggish at times as well. (My speedtests are okay but my Ping Tests have declined from where they were sometime back.) At any rate, is there a way to check my system to see if Avast is not the problem, that it's my system?
Thanks as always
