i have got this virus on my PC

i can get into safe mode with networking and updated my anti malware and tried to remove it but its still there, my antivirus seems to have disappeared also
I have OTL.exe on my destop and can run scans

any help would be great

One way, if you are sure of the date that you got this thing, go back at least a week before with System Restore.
