Trojan Horse patched c.lzi internet connection problem

I recently got infected with a radical and highly destructive trojan horse patched c.lzi. It infected my Services.exe and blocked my internet access. As far as I know, i've removed the virus and it's traces, yet still I have no internet access! It says i'm connected to the internet, but NONE of my browsers work.

Is the virus still in the system? How do I fix my internet?

I would suggest that you reinstall. Trojans are very dangerous not just to your computer, but to your financial life. Passwords, and other sensitive material can be stolen. If you are sure that you have a valid product key number, I suggest that you reinstall. Yes, a pain now, but your computer will be up and running and you will be safe. Be sure that you make a clean install with format.

Trojans can seem to be delted, but can hide and reappear after several boots.
