Cant start security center service, with complications

As with many people, this wont start for me in the wake of a trojan war that lasted several days. The problem is none of the normal solutions will work for me because when I look for the service to try and force start it manually, it does not show up in the list. I have already tried sfc scan/repair. One of the bugs wiped out any and all restore points, so system restore is not an option, and as my copy of vista came pre-installed on my laptop, I do not have any kind of recovery disk or install disk. What do I do about this?

Hello, some computers have a recovery console that is able to do a factory image restore , by either making dvd's or it will auto restore to a factory installed image.

I have a pre-installed PC with no disk, your installation info is in your laptop, no need to install any 3rd party crap or burn any image, because you would burn the problem as well, go to manufacturers / retailers site they will give the info. Mine is located in the manufacturers directory, (PakardBell), and is called Smart Restore, within that is the option for full installation. NO 3rd party, you have everything you need to reinstal OS.
