On my Dell Vostro 200 desktop Windows defender keeps getting shut off,making it tough to get online.What's the cause and solution.It has a daily update.

If you have Microsoft Security Essentials, Defender is included with Essentials and your Defender is suppose to be off. If you do not have Security Essentials use that rather than the Antivirus that you are using. It is made just for Windows
