Please help : Data execution problem

Hi i made a thread a few week ago on this topic about my things being deleted an my folders turned into shortcuts.

I just got norton utilities an i wanna do a scan to fix my registry keys problem it says my pc health is low..

Everytime i click on norton i get a pop up box saying :
norton utilities has stopped working
a problem caused the program to stop working

This also happens when i try to run pc tune up !

And dont ask me to make loads of logs again, a week went by an you was asking me to download all sorts of things, making log files, the thing is none of that helped me. And most of my files got overwritten aswell because i was waiting so long so now there corrupted..

All of this sounds a bit dire. You may need to do a complete factory reset t "New out of the box".

This is because all the copying of software & files will make the recovery of your files impossible as the disk space will be used by other files etc. etc.

So, do you have a recovery medium i.e. CD/ DVDs or a recovery partition?

First,
Those registry scans etc may do more harm than good. Download Microsoft Security Essentials, turn off Norton and make a full scan
Download Malwarebytes and make a full scan. Make sure that you update them first.

Have you turned on DEP? Change Data Execution Prevention settings
