Solved yahoo acct has been hacked

I changed my passwords for 13 email accts and found that on one of my sub yahoo accts were accessed by:


83.8.152.186

whois states:
The IP address 83.8.152.0 was found near Bydgoszcz, Kujawsko-Pomorskie located in Poland

how can I find out who the F... this is?
I'm ready to buy the airline ticket.

It isn't possible to find that out unless you have a good enough reason for the ISP to tell you - which you probably don't I'm afraid :(

Just make sure you change the security questions aswell. Are you sure your system is clean?
