Be Careful...I got a Trojan fake virus.....Vista security 2012

Some time in the last couple of days my computer was attacked by a Fake virus called Vista security 2012 trojan.....It madw it so I could do nothing on my computer...I am on my wifes laptop eight now looking into free removal tools and fixes....I got RKILL.exe which helped a bit now I got to scan for malware in safemode with networking.... I am soooo Tired right now...I can go to sleep at the desk but I cant because I am determined to beat this thing...Any Ideas on how to kill this trojan???

Using Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper on a USB key or CD/DVD at boot to scan your system may be able to help remove it for you.
