do you want to allow software such activex controls and plug ins to run?

Been trying to use VAGEX its a youtube video view enhancer :)

it pops up again and then when i am done viewing what I am viewing it repeats itself asking me this again.

If think I go to visit a new link etc this keeps coming up.
